    Frank Healy leads Inquir's vision and strategy. With over 20 years of experience in lead generation and performance marketing, Frank has been at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.

    He began his career managing high-volume enrollment marketing campaigns for Apollo Group's University of Phoenix, one of the largest education ad buyers in the country. He later partnered with Eric Flottmann to build lead generation platforms spanning education, home services, and mobile. Today, Frank drives innovation and growth across all Inquir verticals.

    Eric Flottmann

    Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer

    Eric Flottmann manages Inquir's operations, business development, and technology strategy. With nearly two decades in lead generation, Eric has helped grow multiple SaaS companies from startup to acquisition.

    He co-founded YardCrew.com, a national home services platform, and co-developed Enrollment Advisor, a lead management tool now used across the industry. His leadership in platform development, compliance, and operations helped land the company on the Inc. 5000 list three years in a row.
